Gripe to those annoying white trash fuckers on the tram who sit there and talk with their other white trash mates really loudly about fuckin bullshit like its important information that the WHOLE tram needs to here. No we don’t, you are boring and utter trash and a plight on society, fuck off.

Last two nights coming home from work I have had to endure these tards. Thank fuck for headphones.

Last night’s episode was two chicks:

Girl 1 – yeah check out me new fuckin phone
Girl 2 – yeah nice fuckin phone mate
Girl 1 – aye give me some numbers to put in it ya cunt
Girl 2 – yeah alright hold on a second fuckin bitch jesus
Girl 1 – fuckin hurry up or I’ll smash ya fuckin teef in
Girl 2 – yeah alright, hold on I am getting em
Girl 1 – go through ya list of names
Girl 2 - *proceeds to say every single name in her phone*
Girl 1 – yeah give ya that cunts number
etc etc etc

The night before were two guys and a girl drinking mixed vodka cans. One dude was apparently very good in the sack with the ladies and has had many many women, even though he looked like he fell out of the ugly tree, lost teeth on the way, had a heroin habit and now drinks 24/7.

You can have him back, i'm finished with him. I should however point out that he may seem a bit more nervous than he used, and tends to get quite defensive and distressed when approached from behind. I swear I have no idea why.

Straight guys love these kinds of jokes, it allows them to indulge their urge for anal, without actually admitting it openly.

Well usually badgers are a bit large for that orifice and they have killer teeth, which is why ferrets and guinea pigs have been known to be more popular.

I assumed you were fucking the badger, as was Hardy's allusion.

But pardon me, Dan the Deviant has upgraded to BADGER anal insertion, and as such, is a true boy scout.

Bravo!

GOTD -neighbours are tearing their house apart, still.
seven am every day, this is the legal time to begin right?

ARRGGHHH

on the upside, the dropkick dog that used to drive me crazy with yapping has been removed for renovation,
so its jackhammers instead of yapping.

Yes 7am, basically. 9am weekends.

However, there are also cases where equipment used during those times might be considered unreasonable. To quote the EPA publication annoyed by noise:

Residential construction noise
The provisions for unreasonable noise also apply to residential premises and apartments under
construction. Residential construction equipment such as jackhammers and power tools are covered by the prohibited times in the Regulations.

Noise from equipment used in normal working hours and other site activities such as early—morning site preparation might also be unreasonable in some cases; for example, noisier equipment used at an inappropriate location or time, such as early in the morning. In these cases contact your local council to report the noise.

-------
So if for example they did a short term really noisy job at 7, when they could have put it off, or finished it up the day before, that might be considered unreasonalbe under the relevant legislation. but generally most construction activties tend to be OK if done within the normal hours.

Hrmm, thanks FS.

I have been down this road with them already, when they used a jackhammer next to my room @ 7am on a sunday.
I called the council, went over there and tried to be nice etc.

They were cunts. and the council were not much help.

Now its 7 on weekdays, so i guess ill have to live with it.

They don't usually go to court. In my experience I have sent letters and challenged the fines. Now I jsut don't pay them at all.

Bo - challenge the fines. Ask for copy of your ticket that proves previous regualr use and confirmation of train being early. They will give up cause they don't have easy access to all that kind of info. Just waht the inspector wrote in their notebook.

you should really relate it to the defences under the legisaltion id think?

http://www.ptua.org.au/publications/fines/
http://www.consumeraction.org.au/downlo ... tfines.pdf

"The statutory defence. You are liable for travelling without a valid ticket unless you are able to establish all of the following:
1. Before making the journey, you took all reasonable steps to purchase a ticket;
2. While making the journey you had no reasonable opportunity to purchase a ticket; and
3. On completion of the journey you took all reasonable steps to purchase a ticket.
