I am against capital punishment.

It's too late to bring them back when they're found innocent after being wrongly convicted. Last nights 4 Corners was a good example of a dodgy court case or 2 where a man is still in jail but may yet be released like the other 2 men who were acquitted on the same case. No good if you've executed them already.

DNA evidence is not foolproof either.

this is all very true, and i am a big advocate of do unto others and you would wish to be treated, or whatever it is.

but the evil, the EVIL!!!! seriously, there are some farked up nut bags out there. Just watch America's hardest prison to see a small small glimpse at your regular joe going bad. Not even touching on war lords who brutally kill their own people.
