Was pretty disappointed he played like 2 or 3 jungle tunes the entire set, the rest was jump up or terrible jump up remixes of jungle which made me cringe quite badly. Really tempted to say sell out but it hurts to diss kenny. Was still a fun set but pretty gutted to see how bad things can go wrong in 4 years :(

It's :

Rollz - Ready or Not (Drum step remix)

shouts for having me twisted crew, was a great night, great tunes and great people...

one thing though you guys really need to work hard with miss lib's sound crew - the sound was horrible most of the night and those speakers popping and those dodge rca cables did not help one bit. either that or just become best mates with johnny hooves and get him down to your party's.

biggup.

Big Up Fents, sorry I missed yr set. 50% blame to Kronz for having a huge Birthday and the other half was me rolling on thru Kronz's birthday and ignoring the sunrise and sunset of Boxing Day.

The word from Kenny is he wanted to play something different to show people what else he has been up to. He'll be back in 2012 playing nothing but jungle!!

fair enough tbh. If I was still playing the same tunes now as I was in 1995 I'd want to kill myself.

Feel like I should respond to this and other comments personally:

First and foremost, my job as the MC is to try and make the night better through my hosting and complimenting the music. If there were people who werent feeling it in any way, as there do seem to be, I can only apologise for that and convey my disappointment. Overall, the feedback we had was great but its always a shame to see people not enjoying.

All I can say to this is that I am an up-and-coming MC, ever working hard on improving my offer. It was a long one to host, and by the time Lowqui came on, I admit I was feeling the strain a little bit, particularly as that kind of DnB requires a lot of energy. Lyrics have always been my strong point, stage presence is something that I need to work on, and constantly do, like everyone else.

In response to Ghetto Kitty's comments, and I do remember this incident. Im sure you can understand that when an MC is in this sort of situation, particularly playing alongside a high-profile a name as Kenny, you very much get in the zone. Thats where I was on this night, and it was important to me to do a professional job and finish off what I had started. Again, Im sorry you didnt appreciate what I was doing, but I hope you had a good night nonetheless.

With all this said, I absolutely loved my Melbourne debut and all who came down with me had a blast, as I believe did Kenny when I spoke to him.

Cheers to all that came down.
