Is there much in the way of acid techno nights in Melbourne? I'm still in Ptown..moving over soon...into this stuff.

Acid Techno was massive in melbs around turn of the mellinium - sic Cluster Fuck and Liberators golden era. Was a well organised and immensly talented live scene. Lads bringing tables full of boxes to gigs to play live. Touring scene was great. Fantastic parties at both club and underground level. I used to love the TBA and TBH parties. Warehouse gigs like Class Wars were out of control.

I would not know if there was still this scene around.

These days in Melbourne, check out live stuff from Koda, Son Of Zev, Enclave, Alkan, Craig McWhinney, etc.
Steve Law (Zen Paradox) still kicks arse, and Voiteck and TR-Storm occasionally pop up.
