Temp Denon for Pioneer CDJ swap

Looking to find someone willing to temporarily swap CDJs

Would like to swap my Denon DNS-3500 for someone elses Pioneer CDJ 1000, for one week.

I just want to get some practice on it, as Im really use to using the pitch bend buttons on the denons and i know the pioneers dont have this lovely feature.

Willing to drive, pickup and re drop off myself.

If you can't find a pair yenks, try Rent The Rig in Fitzroy, they lend them out for about $40/50 a night for 800/1000's. Get them over a Sat night, they're usually pretty easy on handing them back on Monday.

don't stress too much,
from my experience it is easier to go from Denon -> Pioneer than it is to go from Pioneer -> Denon...

I'm saying this because people have shat themselves when seeing my denons at a house party, whereas people who have used denons have picked up pioneers piece of piss really

im trustworthy honest..

plus the denon is hella fun to use, lotsa cool effects.

Please dont make me spend all my money buying a pioneer

^ I'd almost suggest that, considering that they are standard in most clubs.

But if you just want to spin tunes on it, it's no different to using decks. Pretty simple and basic to use, you'll pick it up pretty quickly.

20 bucks an hour, go to the DMC dj studio above their store in Prahran.

You'll pick it up in 2 tracks. Pay for two hours, and you'll be comfortable

Pioneer is only the club standard because they could afford to send them out everywhere.

my DNS-3500 used to regulary overheat in summer on not very hot days, it was fine for about 20 mins then would get bad bad pitch wobble.

according to teh denon forum its a common problem and needs a return which i havent got around to doing yet. hasnt happened since it was got though.

couldnt imagine them being reliable for a hot nighclub bar. veyr touchy pitch wheel as well. wish i got pioneer in retrospect, there are great features on teh denon though and teh price was great.

Yeah heard the 3500's had some issues, the 3 & 5000's are OK in temps.

i lubs my 3000 and rate it over the pioneer 800 and I also think my Numark 500fx owns a DJM600 and I'm shitty that Pioneer have such a huge chunk of the dj market for gear

why not just use tyhe + - buttons?
