Indeed. Unfortunately for Bruce Milne (previous tote boss), somebody had to lose everything before anything happened.

maybe they should just rent/sell them to people with a clause that they understand they are going to be living near a live music venue and they waive all rights to be assholes about it later?

too true i think. i would NEVER move next to a music venue. Its not every day of the week you want to listen to that places choice in tunes. So why move there? So stupid!

a clause on the sale doesn't change the noise protections under law unfortunately. the live music taskforce committed to implementing the 'agent of change' concept, makign noise assessment and control the job of the developer. its the only way. You would have to look at how well that was implemented

we don't have to drink, i am still taking it easy after two friday's ago effort on the drinking front. i drank shandie's (beer and lemonade) at Lounge on Friday night. The bar chick thought it was well funny lol
