My bet is on Germany taking it this year.

Frances group definitly seem to be the cream of the crop. So i think it will be hard to determine who goes through

Germany are the favourites..

Spain are overdue to win anything

i wouldnt be too happy if Italy won. They play really boring football. After Germany's agressive world cup campaign and moderatly easy group i can see them going all the way...

I'm biased but I think it's finally Portugals time.

With Ronaldo in the form he is in, it's highly possible.

Careful now, England are looking as shite at football on a world stage as they are at cricket, rugby, tennis, swimming, curling..........the list just goes on and on and on and on.....

:teef:

actually they have the same issue as Australia - terrible youth progression...... THe EPL is full of internationals, the young English kids are not getting the look in they deserve or need.. Only a few clubs over there and about 2 here have any sort of quality youth programs......

now back to Euro.....

Im not so sure about that... Our curling squad will be contenders in a couple of years.

But i know what u mean with football. But i think after this lesson they will see a huge overhaul in players. With the U.S.A game looming they have the perfect chance to turn over a new leaf.

Greece out? This is a weird tournament. Spain is looking too strong for mine.

Could be an Iberian final? Spain v Portugal?

waaah poland :(

also way disappointed about france v italy result. what a fluke, on both counts! some of the umpiring was trivial too. if italy goes through to the semis they are one lucky country.

That is Italy tho..... Always has been and always will be...

You got to feel for Spain getting them next match... i mean Spain and the constant "how could they NOT win" and Italy are always " How they hell did they GET the result"

Kinda like Man U - can never ever count them out no matter how bad teh form is, cause they always arse it in the end!

best time to make proper predictions is after the group stages when youve had a chance to check out the form of all the teams..

I think its going to be a Germany-Holland final.

Germany should dispatch Portugal, Croatia should beat Turkey though this could be the upset of the round. Holland over Russia, and Spain should beat a lucky Italian squad who have looked shit for nearly 2 years and shouldnt feel too proud that they barely beat a crap French team.

hopefully lots of goals and no shit penalty kicks

The Spanish and Dutch are tearing it apart atm. Really didnt think either would dominate like that. However its definitly been unpredicatable.
