Love it

you be nice, and they can't hack it.

It's so hard to be rude and complain to someone that is being nice to you.

Nice work Petey

I love the intro "You and AXA Can get Fucked"

 I dig em too.

The nicer and sweeter my voice gets, the more pissed of Mr Smith gets. FUCK its funny!! And too right Scotty, they cant say anything when your not doing anything wrong.

Working in Insurance is a treat for complaints and the general idiocy of the human race. Or the lack of ownership of our own money maybe is what I should say.

people at work hate complaints i love em.

i dont get enough cuz i am not experianced enough, but i generally fix the problems from the ones i do.

it cuz all the stuff i deal with was created in the 70's when super was primarily taken out for a tax write off,
and had stupid charges.

I don't like complaints

usually coz they have no base for their argument and are just trying to get out of paying the bill

Working for a call center, let just say I've copped a fair bit, biggest and stupidest line to ever say to someone over the over is "I'm not taking it out on you, it's the company." Pffff I just roll my eyes.

I can't really think right now of any at the moment, but I just come out with:
"I appreciate your feedback and here we do take any feedback on board, because any feedback is good feedback."
Pfffff again to that.

I have the thickest skin now, it's not funny.

Yep being nice always fucks em
I work in a drive thru bottle shop
Just a few hours ago, dude walks up and buys a four pack of cans. I ring them up and give him his change
Then i say "Do you need a bag"
He says "What do you think?"
I say "No idea mate, thats why asked"
He says "Not being rude, but thats a stupid fucking question"
I say "Yes you are, but i'm used to serving rude people, have a lovely evening"
Dude walks off looking perplexed
I won

Oh my fucking god that is PRICELESS!!!! That is some of the most legendary swearing i've ever heard!

I do deal with complaints sometimes, but if they make it onto my desk it's usually because they're very valid, and the people aren't abusive, they just want the issue resolved. I used to deal with "lower" complaints though (ie. people calling and asking to speak to the manager). They were fucking funny as. The more abusive, the better!

It's not the complaining I find amusing, it's when people scream their brains out over something that is most likely their fault.

welcome to the world of parking fine complaints... very rarely is it an error or fault of the council or it's parking officers. People get reeeeeally pissed off about it (duh). the best thing to say (which always fires them up) is.... "can I sugest that to avoid this happening in the futrue you park your car legally and read the signs from top to bottom" lol

Parking signs on Public Holidays should be treated as below:

If a sign has the time and days (not including Sunday) written on it you can ignore the sign and park there all day.
This includes not having to put money in meters. And clearways do not apply if any days are stated

eg. 2P 7am - 6.30pm Mon-Fri,
7am-12noon Sat
Clearway 4-6.30pm Mon-Fri

If there is only a time (no day) stated on the sign, you must abide by the time restriction on the sign.
But you do not have to put money in the meters

eg. 1P
Clearway (means it's a clearway 24hours, 7 days a week)

Lastly, if there is only one day stated on the sign,

eg. 1P Monday

And the public holiday falls on this day (eg Xmas falls on a Monday) then you must obey the sign and stay there for the time specified only

If i had a dollar for every person that threatens to take it to Today Tonight/ACA or Neil Mitchell...i'd be rich.
Whenever someone brings up Neil Mitchell i just play dumb and say "Who? is he your lawyer" then they try to tell me who he is, ill interupt and say "oh so hes one of those kinda journalists types"
you can hear them fume. Not once have we appeared on ACA etc, they must get so many calls about different companies.
I can handle angry people, its stupid people that do my head in.
