Wouldn't it still be hip-hop if it had an MC on it? Perhaps hip-hop AND dubstep?

There's been a huge variety of different beats under the "hip-hop" umbrella over the years. Like is Outkast's "BOB" a drum'n'bass tune, or a hip-hop tune?

I say hip-hop.

i like it, apart from the hook...i dont think too many yanks would sound that great on this with the halftime flow, but he can pull it off and i think he really makes it his own...would rather hear this on the radio than snoop on a pharrel beat...i've never been the biggest snoop fan, but the mans a legend really and i'm sure any of the top boys would jump at the chance to do a tune with him...i feel like a lot of the negativity is pre-conceived purely just cos its snoop
