I was a considerably late bloomer and only got mine October last year. My ex boyfriend, his ex-girlfriend and her current boyfriend got me a voucher at Tattoo Magic. I'd been talking about getting a tat for the first anniversary of my Dad passing away so they gave me the incentive to do it.
It's the word 'micro' in Greek but it means 'small one' or 'smallest' really. Dad used to call me his micro (pronounced mee-kro) and I really liked it. I don't have a pic and my legs are far to hairy to do it for ya now, but it's plain black greek font across my lower left ankle.
I'd SOO recommend it, but only if you a) really fucking want one and b) know exactly what you want. But it's addictive And remember that you'll have it when you're 60 and retired...
one above each ankles. one is the Lithuanian cross,
the other is another famous Lithuanian symbol of a castle - it also looks like a tie fighter - although without the rings on the top or the writing around it.
Also one on my chest over my heart, which my other 2 mates have the same design, its the Lithuanian coat of arms.
(its only black and outlined - no shading but that'll be done later on)

Hey Mixtress, do you remember Cam (Travs younger brother)? You probably remember him as a squeaky clean young do gooder. Cam is absolutely covered in tatts now, has got em covering all his legs and on his back, each tatt has cost him at least $1000, seriously got some of the best tatts ive seen, although im sick of him wearing shorts o show em off.
i got three tatts when i was 18 and had to stop... its so true that as soon as you get one you are automatically thinking about the next. Havn't got one for 5 years now and really getting the itch.. all this talking about htem is not helping.
i have 2 at the moment. Haven't any photo's for you but perhaps one day. Have been considering my third one for about two years now and have a design but i haven't it as a priority. I will need a couple of thousand dollars in the least.
I have found that after the first one i was already thinking of the next one and same goes when getting the second ne i was thinking about the third one. Would never get a record label though. Well not a drum and bass label anyway.
have been thinking about my second tatt aswell. it is addictive.
but yeah i highly recommend that if you is gonna get one think about it for at least a few years. if you still have the same tatt in mind then get it. if you continually change your mind than it ain't worth it cos your mind will eventually change again and you don't want to be pissed with something stuck to your forever!!!

a rotting sacred heart held together with bandages with 'hope' inside covering most of the middle from sternum to collarbone.
right leg - 3 x's that look liek the skin has been ripped off running down the front covering from knee to ankle.
a greyscale skull missing the top of his head on the back above my ankle. first part of an ongoing piece.
i think thats all of them.
i normally have had ideas for tattoos for awhile and am able to mull over them as long as i want. i still love all of them. there are some i probs wouldnt have gotten if i had the power of hindsight but im not that fussed.
ive been really lucky in that a few of my good friends have been tattooists and so ive always gotten good work and been hooked up with dudes they know who have skills.
id rather have a good lookiing regrettable tattoo than a shitty looking one i still want.
but they should be given a real good think about before you get them.
a friend of mine is still half-covered in nazi and biker tattoos from back in the day. hes now married to an asian girl with kids and hes saving up to get the rest removed.
ive got one of a bird...a swallow to be exact, on my groin....for instructions </joke>
just got the one so far on my forearm which i got 8 years ago now, i have always wanted to add to it and get others but have never found the money or the inspiration so just left it as is.
Tattoos are soo last year
