needs more flashing lights, adds, things where i can win money just by sending some one my credit card details.
also needs more animal porn, girls getting rammed by donkey's chewing on cats that are eating rice.
i hope this is taken into consideration

I reckon this thread is super pointless (and has a cemetery vibe to it).
I vote for deletion.

Sorry but i'm just calling it how I see it.
I have no designing experience so can't offer anything except constructive criticism.

Constructive if anything was brought forward which atm has been a big fat zero.
Amazing how graphic or webpage designers around these parts are sitting on their hands...

Sub categories.
So instead of having to wade through hundreds of posts about releases and promos and radio shows and whatever other shit people think is relevant in "The Music" thread, have sub forums.
So:
The Music
- Upcoming Gigs
- Old Gigs
- Releases
- Radio Shows
- Mixes
Production & Technology
- DJing talk
- Technology talk
- For Sale
Off Topic
- chat
or similar.
That's all I ask.
Ready to drop, Audio rock, here comes the boy from the South!

too many I think...
but I do think "gigs" and "non-gig-related" would be a good way to break up the music forum as it's quite busy at the moment.

Defiantly a Mixes section and a seperate NEW RELEASES section..
Maybe the release section can be one of the following:-
- only new tunes of that week
- Maybe only for FREE downloads of tunes (people love free shit, and if its all in one place, then it is much easier to get, and we would be likely to get more new users!
But othertha that, this is prob one of my fav forums..
Easy to use.. Easy to post.. easy to link etc etc..
its just EAZY E..

it was a good first "attempt"
however, your use of color and typography feels a bit childish and out of date.

Don't know if this thread is dead yet.
Have you tried out some themes for phpBB?

not yet, no.
TheRussianator wrote: Have you tried out some themes for phpBB?
the idea is to have a unique theme for the mb.c site. there is no issue with getting a design converted for use within phpbb.

Splitting Music and Off-Topic forums is what killed (fatally wounded?) MBC, IMO.

So guessing this is never going to happen!
Would be nice if it had a better template at least, doesn't need custom.
