360 interactive Melbourne?

A few years ago there was a link for an interactive melbourne viewer on here, I think Deviant posted it... looking for it now, anyone know the link? I think it was hosted on the melb city council site.

i think the view was from the rialto observation deck - which is now closed.

it was just
www.melbourne.com but its gone now, i did find another site which had similar 360 photos from all over the world but no where near as cool. Gimme a minute

wow... that London 80 Gigapixel thing is INSANE... the spying potential for those images is immense
