On Jan 14, 2005 the Melbourne Beats crew along with some 700+ people raised around $17,000 for the Asia Quake & Tsunami appeal. This forum is an archive of the organisational discussion for the event.
Sorry, I'm not too clued up on what's left to do. But yeah, I was talking about the posters, and there was also talk of doing a 2nd round of design which would include the final details and full local support list, etc (for street press and the like)
Someone please shoot me down in flames if this is not what's happening. (Been out all morning - I'm still catching up).
So yeah. If you're able to take care of all the design we need done, then we shouldn't complicate things by getting another designer involved. If you can't, then we've got a backup designer who's quite happy to extend on your design/illustration if we need it.
Semantics aside. Thanks for your work so far. Looks very slick. =)
Lucas, second room is not yet confirmed, so I think we whould just stick to the main names for now, witht he added "plus local support". Just incase we can't get the extra room.
