Hi Guys,

I am doing a special one off gig Sat 10 March where I am basically going back thru my history and record collection as a dj and presenting it all for your listening and dancing pleasure.

Alongside this I will be putting together a visual display for your viewing pleasure!

If you have ever been to a weedhopper party, seen me play, heard my mixes, like my pics or just wanna hear a crazy mix up of my record collection this will be the one to come to.

Get in early as this will be packed and probably the first and last time I do this as I wind down my gig committments.

Joining me will be that master of all things jiggy Snowie, bringing his bag of funked up goodies no doubt!

For all those who have supported me over the years thankyou, this is for you...

Diggin Deep with Mr Lob Sat 10 March

On Sat 10 March I am returning to The Get Down @ Dirty Secrets, 80 Smith St, Fitzroy to do a special one off 3.5 hour set

In honour of this and the fact that this is a great little bar, who supports real funk music, I am gonna dig deep into my record collection and provide a history of my time as a dj and collector of funk, old skool hip hop, funk breaks, blaxploitation soundtracks, public enemy 12's and my collection of rock, disco and funk 45's.

This will be a true mix up of my life as a dj, come along listen, dance, enjoy and support, would love to have you

I will also be presenting via data projector a retrospective of my photos, weedhopper fliers, party fliers that I have been involved in, shots of peeps I have partied with over the years and some of my favourite images!

Entry is free and I kick off at 11.30pm...

Actually, this is going to be a massive evening. My good mate Robin is having his birthday party on this night and I've talked him into having it with the Rock Lobster at Dirty Secrets. So it's going to be fricken jam packed on the evening. Pity I wont make it in until closing to see the aftermath of the evening, but this will bump big time!

Actually, I was hoping Snowie could play from 10-11:30pm...can you, Snowdoggy Dog?
