Where to find CD envelopes?

I was looking for cheapie alternative to plastic CD cases and was wondering where I might find those CD-sized paper envelopes with the clear plastic front. Would be handy for demos and whatnot.

Jb sells em for 15cents. They've also got nifty tough plastic ones for 35 cents.

Fellowes do some, come in a pack of 100 for about $10.00...
