yeah im glad i didnt get the perfect grade... i dont really like this model, not compared to the other stuff... transforming models go a bit gumby and things break, plus the design is kinda weird too

but it was fun making it in one night  *nolife*

apparently they changed megatron cos it just didnt make sense for a giant robot to transform into a gun that another transformer could tote.. physical impossibility and all that (like transformers is really realistic in every other way).

imo they should have just used Galvatron (post op megatron).. given that he transforms into a large cannon it'd work without having to completely change his look.

i hear a lot of the same voice actors are gonna be voicing the toons in this one too. sweet!

real!

Takara continues to release more innovative and imaginative products with the new Transformers Sports Label series! This new series features 1/2 scale transforming Nike shoes! These licensed items should be somewhere around 6" in length in shoe mode and it looks like they even have real laces connected to the top of the shoe. Convoy and Megatron are also each sporting a miniature pair of Nike Free 7.0 as a finishing touch.

My best friend just had a baby boy (as you may know) but the nursery in the house they just bought is HOT pink. I love it, I think a baby would feel warm and fuzzies in a hot pink room, but they're desperate to change it, just cause he's a boy.

Re the transformer shoes... I was totally convinced that you could wear them.

Now THAT would be worth coin.

I don't know about a shoe that turns into a robot, tho. Kinda like the Autobot Boom Box that turned from a robot to a ghetto blaster. All well and good, but what is the point?? Surely all the car and bus and truck and plane and train transformers would have stereo systems built in.

Also... while I am on a rant, Bumblebee was SO a girls transformer. I am a chick and even I knew that.

Finally, itchy hits the same rib two times in a row, yet two distinctly different notes come out. Do you expect me to believe that this is some sort of... nahhey.... magical xylophone???
I wanted to be a hero. I wanted to be the center of attention. I wanted the glory, I wanted the fame. I wanted the pretty girls to come up and say, "Hi, I see that you're good at Centipede."

totally random piece of transformers voice trivia: orson wells' last role was the voice of that big planet-eating transformer in the original (animated) transformers movie..
