Mon - Nothin.. (Detox, oh hang on, I tasted the 1/2 fermented Homebrew I was bottling, but that don't count..)
Tue - 2x Tallies of Home Brew, & I tasted the wort that I mixed up.. (Is 35g of hops too much?... we'll see..)
& whatever my mate brings round to drink with dinner... (Roast Pork & Sweet Potato chips.. mmmnn..)
35g's of hops is NOT too much. I usually do 45-65g's. All depends on the recipe and what type of beer ur making. I've heard of ppl making 45+ IBU recipes. I usually do a 15g first addition, 25g second and 10-15 last. What was ur recipe?

Used a Cooper Pale Ale Kit, but 1st brought a #76 Kit convert to just under boil, & added 10g of Cascade & 25g of Saaz pellets, simmer for 2, leave for 10, strain the lot & add Coopers Kit...
Oh & Safale S-04 yeast (11.5g)

I love my home brewing!
So good to open the cupboards & just see longnecks...
Not long till the pots & pans live in the laundry..

I don't think I have ever consumed as much alcohol in a 24 hour period as I did Fri night thur Sat- put away sols, pure blondes, bubbles (pink, red and white), sav blanc, tequila shots, jager shots, chambord shots, bombay, vodka and finally shiraz to take the muntarded early morning looking at the ocean edge off

Chambord in pinot chardonnay with strawberries is my new favourite drink

I imagine I have some serious retribution style oming my way this week for my efforts

Who wants to see my photo's from the Little Creatures Brewery, was there in Nov...
It was the 1st place I visited (after a swim @ the beach)

There's heaps of pub's that brew their own in Perth & Freo..
That probably why real estate is thru the roof...

oh how i hurt
i've never drunk like i have in weipa, but i'm gettin on the plane and leaving today so last night was a bit of a party.
fuck i hurt
8 beers at work at knock off, a six pack at home, at least 10 ciders and a bunch of neat jameson whilst out
then the bar girl came home and brought a slab a 6 pack of cider and a cask of port, then my friend went and got 2 bottles of spirits.
all gone, only 5 or 6 people
my head is about to implode and i have a nice big deep cut on the bottom of my foot
