Rennie and MC Chickaboo were awesome... proper old skool nu skool vibes.. MC Chickaboo is a nut, so fun to hang out with.. trouble! Elite Force smashed it as usual, Sound was great all over the two venues.

Did anyone happen to sight John Safran?
I was sitting down outside of the smoking room @ BA around 1am and saw him running around near the toilets. Seriously could not believe what i was seeing! He looked so smashed!

Yes. He was there for ages I tells ya.

I think he might live northside... i was playing a quiet night at Alia once and was aware of a person (not a mate) in the booth next to the dj booth. Didnt pay attention until I finished, went to get a drink and saw that it was him. He'd been there all night, just chilling on his own. I see him all the time, and it was definetly him at Trust Us.

hahaha.. safran was on everyone's mind that day. We saw him at nandos in early on with a wristband on, hanging outside ladida, and he was just sitting inside with a digital touchscreen notepad in there for over an hour without food.

The next day it was this whole weird running joke amongst the people still going that safran goes raving to get his twisted ideas for his shows, but needs peri peri fumes to fuel his brain for idea generation..

It was definitely him!
I had a bit of a moment when i first saw him, and turned round to a mate saying "that guy looks SO like Safran!", to which he replied "that IS Safran!". We went up for a closer look and were both astounded to find that it was him.
Best part about it was when we all got back to our house for recovery, sometime in the arvo, someone turned around and reminded us all. Was so funny!
Would love to see him out again some time soon! haha
