I'm all for seeing it, and yes it would be heaps better if you could see it. But my point was that an abelton live set has more to offer than just the visual aspect.

I care a lot. That's why I posted. Quick cares too that's why he responded. I think actually quite a few people care. Given the recent Shadow and upcoming Tool shows are ghuge vusual fuck fest, a lot of poeple wil pay to see stuff while they listen. Maybe you could take note and save your comments.

alright. but really I go out so hear a dj set, not watch his fader movements closely. for the most part djing (with the exception of turnablism type stuff) is not really a visual performce (for me anyway).

I'm the same mostly, but I saw Monolake and in my opinion it was sucking a fat one musically (not my thing, but that's okay - I don't drink on Commercial Rd either) - until I made my way up to the front and seeing the conenction between controlling faders and post resonated with the changes on sound I was hearing. i guess its the subtleness.

Yeah it did. I didn't like the music anymore, but I could watch him move stuff and then enjoy hearing the filters etc,... so I'm picking if Amit was too do this - it could be quite incredible to have hige screen up above him, and if I'm not going mental on the dance floor, I can look up and see what's going. plus can be noser about what he's drinking, smoking, crackin etc.
