Unless you have fallen lifeless somewhere thru the cracks you’ve more than likely witnessed Cambridge come Londoners The Nextmen, also known as Brad Baloo and Dom Search, at one of their many sweaty styled-out club sets, festival-smashing performances or heard their incendiary mixtapes. Joined by A brilliant and inimitable grime and dubstep producer, Emalkay, who refuses to define himself by anything other than his own musical evolution.
A handful of carefully chosen remixes for Pendulum, Faithless and Miike Snow, a burgeoning DJ schedule which has seen him smash apart Glastonbury and bring mayhem to this issue of the Drop. You heard it here first: UTAH JAZZ, D&B’s very own “soul prince” (iDJ magazine), is back –
The electric versatility of his soulful dancefloor style has also made Luke Wilson one of the most sought-after DJs on the international stage. Mixing anything from 1993 LTJ Bukem classics to the latest Sub Focus banger, Utah Jazz is a party-bringer like no other, with one-off dubplates, three-deck mixes and old-skool razzledazzle bursting from his bag of tricks.

Massive night! Nextmen smashed it! Utah Jazz was great, he had the dancefloor going to the wee hours of the morning. Big ups to all involved including the Heavy Innit boys - A13 & Affiks. They absolutely had the dubstep room heaving and all the DJ's in the other room Bonnita, Lady Banton & Jesse Jahmal were fantastic!!

Next up its another Espionage session with Mr Intalex, Nosaj Thing & Tokimonsta!!! 2 weeks away!!
