In the past week I have discovered two new drinks that have already become a staple in my liquid diet:
Bitburger - an absolutely classic German beer, smooth as silk and so good with Thai or Japanese.
Miller's Gin - infused with Cucumber and Lime, so fukn good it's a joke.
What's your fave summer tipple??

Cascade's Summer Blonde is very nice ...
apart from that, as said above, ice-cold Asahi (bottle or glass, not fussed ... as long as the glass is one of the funky frosted ones).

Its so classic!!
the trials and tribulations of drinking pimm's when u go out...
u ask for it to be made the proper way (ie, with cucumber) and the bar staff will look at u like you've just arrived from the moon.
especially that fugly bitch at bryon who gave me the third degree, and proceeded to tell me that i was crazy.

I TOTALLY feel your pain!!
I asked for a PIMM'S & DRY the other day and got given a James Squire Pilsener.... At another unnamed venue I asked for said beverage and was greeted with "never heard of it, what is it?"
Honkytonks and Der Raum in Richmond are the only places I have been that treat it with the proper respect it deserves!
