What is the lubrication level of Samantha Jones's 52-year-old vagina? Has the change of life dulled its sparkle? Do its aged and withered depths finally chafe from the endless pounding, pounding, pounding—cruel phallic penance demanded by the emotionally barren sexual compulsive from which it hangs? If I do not receive an update on the deep, gray caverns of Jones, I shall surely die!
LOL

Exited through the gift shop myself last night, fkn awesome movie, really well done, thought provoking and hilarious.
Anyone know the background to this movie? is MBW just a creation of Banksy and Fairleys so they can sell without being seen to 'sell out'?

Checked out 'Animal Kingdom' on Sunday... not bad, but it didn't live up to my expectations.

I can't believe they omitted so many shocking and true stories of the family that the movie is based on... the directors/writers should have just taken the "true story" route with the same cast and it would have been a much better movie imo.

Good to seen Mendelsohn in a movie again, he used to be one of my favourite Aussie actors - but bloody hell he looks to have aged since I last saw him.... as I guess we all have.

One for the DVD this movie.

Rumor is that MBW is a creation, tho Banksy denies it.

As for selling out, Banksy's pieces already go for up to half a million each....

Watched the Book of Eli yesterday. AWESOME movie. If anyone picked that twist, then your officially the worlds greatest movie watcher.

And From Paris with Love as well. That was ok, better than some of the shit weve been watching lately. Not sure about Rhys-Meyers tho, see him as a failed football start coaching girls and thats about it.

^^ I want to see that.

This weekend I watched:

It's complicated - decent romantic comedy. watching Meryl Streep acting stoned on weed was quality.

Coraline - amazing story and animation, I enjoyed.

Old Dogs - worst. movie. ever.

my god, for someone who doesn't like horror movies, i have seen most of them :?

i watched the latest Shrek movie, is nothing special really but a nice watch. Puss in Boats is best character as always

also watched This Boy's Life. An oldie movie with a very young Leonardo Di Caprio and Robert Di Niro. Its about Tobias Wolff upbringing and start on life. i liked it, bit close to home for me, but still, was good watching

watched Hot Tub Time Machine with the Olsta, was fricken hilarious i must say. Completely stupid humour, don't expect anything amazing and you'll dig it i reckon

I thought it sucked pretty bad actually! Some shocking acting and pretty lame bits. The main fight scene near the end was so crap!

recommended also.

some other fillums of note that i've seen lately:
  • "the ghost writer": polanski directing ewan mcgregor. apart from the hoor of kim cattrall trying to do an english accent, a brilliant return to form from all concerned.
  • "wasted on the young": over hyped and over edited. some good acting performances ruined by a ludicrous plot. poss poss watchable for suburban shards action.
  • "four lions": brilliant satire based on four wannabe suicide bombers in bradford (northern england). a must see.

Saw it last night. MBW is 100% a creation of Banksy's, too many things stood out to me and the other street artists I spoke to...there may be a Thierry, but he did not make all that crap art biting everyone else's style. Also, if he had done that show on the scale it said, we would have heard about it down here, and I have never, in all my work and life and travels, heard of MBW.

Great film, love Banksy. and while his pieces might sell to douches like Brangelina for half a million each, the same peices are available for free download at high res on his site, so hes not really selling out, hes being fuckin smart and capitalising on idiots jumping on bandwagons in my mind. KUDOS!

Id marry him without knowing what he looks like tbh.
