I prefer her to a lot of the other 'top' pop female acts, thought I wouldn't buy the album.

As for comparrisons to Mike Skinner, well she's just not a geezer!

(love the 'mockney' thing, that's half the appeal-that goes for both artists)

she's not bad, few catchy ones on her album. some awesome lines if you pay attention to the lyrics though.

Smile has the music video where she hires thugs to cut scratches in her cheating boyfriends records, then place them back in their sleeves, for him to discover when djing...

There should be some sort of law against that... I'd call it a hate crime against music...

personally rkn she is crap. there is just something i really cant stand about her. she seems really arrogant or something. i dont know its prolly not founded on anything.

the beats on most of her tunes are way tight but she will still die after her first album…

her and MIA are both doomed to the same fate IMO. Whoever makes the beats for her will get the glory in the long run. read diplo.

what i totally dont get about her is this on her my space page

"Pop / Hyphy / Ska"

what the fuck?
First you get her name. Then you get her number. Then you get some get some in the back seat of a hummer!

I think she's really talented. Got a really cute voice and a funny sense of humour. Her album's pretty fun and there's some nice production work on there. The Digital Soundboy remix of Smile is wicked! Nice dnb take on it.

not sure about comparisons to Mike Skinner... though I guess I aint heard too much of her to call it.

She's catchy, but she's a woman(girl) scorned.

saw her filmclip for smile on the weekend, where she is getting this dude (ex BF i guess) all fucked up, beat up, robbed etc by her friends as revenge, kinda funny untill they took this guys records and scratched every single one of them and put them back! i was like
holy shit thats fucked up what if all these girls see this and start using this punishment, worst revenge tactic ever

was kinda funny though(as much as i hate to admit it) at the end when he was at his gig and puts on a record and it just skips all the way in, look on his face was priceless

Just went to download the remix parts and it was 256mb. Was gonna take like 1hr 20 mins or something. No way work would ever let me get away with a download like that.
