not really like reaktor. More like MAX vst, reaktor is a sequencer where this is creating your own virtual instrument.

MAX/MSP? yeah max is crazy shit, but you cant make vst instruments with, more of a stand alone thing.
Reaktor looks like the big brother of synth maker, but it isnt a sequencer. or maybe i'm missing something

Sorry, confusing reaktor with reason...
MAX is pretty far out, I've used it a bit, it suits the really geeky types.
