:D Cheers Was unsure if to have a smaller velocity and turn the channel up. Whatever suites i guess are you useing hdw ? general rule is record stuff as hot as you can and then you can turn it down. Thus avoiding the noise floor and utilising the nicer range of your pres. Sfw dosn't matter so much.

If you don't need converters, heaps of ins/outs and pre's etc you can get a wicked card for sub $500 IMO. Having said that... if you don't need all the bells and whistles, maybe some better monitors are in order before a soundcard upgrade. yeah it depends.. I'm of the mindset that you buy good gear...

I honestly think DnB has not yet had it's day.
There is to much room for it to grown and it has never been a BIG scene.

A live drumnbass show with a top DJ and a killer MC is Unbeatable.

I think it's peak is yet to come.
