Haah, that's cool Liz! Me and a mate at work are looking into getting a gun and equipment. I reckon I'd go completely farkin' nuts with a tattoo gun.
Who's up?
I'd wake up the day after a recovery party wondering how I got all this new artwork all over me, and why won't it wash off?
We could get ADD Boy a beauty. Tatoo OWNED on his forehead so we don't have to keep doing it every Sunday morning
Every Sunday Chicken would awaken to another Gimme chick slowly covering his body like some kind of toxic slow moving fungus. All class.....

wait, that means we have met. Cos I went with Dave round to one of his mates houses to play the test press. That was the first time it got played on record. So I know you...
Ok just figured out this photo thing. I think the quality will be shit. all up this is 12hrs work. Its unfinished needs 10hrs colouring and I'm going to turn it into a whole chest plate probably another 20hrs

forearms - the phrase 'dont walk away in silence' from joy division - atmosphere on forearms.
That is very cool. You have a LOT of tatoos.
thanks! it looks lovely with the unknown pleasures tattoo. my right forearm looks like a joy division tribute.
yah i do have a fair few, ive been lucky in that ive been friends with some real great artists over the years.
when i have time ill try photographing them all.
I have a couple of tatt's one is this big angel on my shoulder and the other is a tropical island sunset in my hip.
They both hurt like all fuck, but they were well well worth the pain. The angel is like a work of art when you can see all the detail. I still love looking at it every day!
They both have very special meaning to so that makes em even better!
nice work there.
who did that?
my friends last few were done by rachie at all star (i think that was the shop) when he was touring up in brissy.
she does some real good work.
Amen Break tattoo is a rad idea. If i ever decide to get a tat then it'll be really small. And no coiled snakes around a knife with blood or skulls n shit lol. Actually all i'd want is a small cube, or something like this.
It would have to have some kind of important meaning, tho.
Finally have this shit figured out so I'm going to post them properly. I dont usually show people coz its not finished yet. Far from it.
So check it
Its a bit confusing but it starts on my left pectoral wraps around the shoulder and ends on my right back shoulder blade. the design on the right is a seperate tattoo.

tattoos with meanings and whatever get boring.
a friend of mine has a skull with a knife going through it with a scroll wrapping around saying "sausages for breakfast"
he wanted a real cliche tattoo and the sausages for breakfast refers to when his band were touring england and whoever woke up last would be woken up with a slap and open their eyes to find everyone elses dicks out draped elegantly across their face.
piercings get kinda boring though. Ive had 8 and got over them and took them out. I started an apprenticeship at a piercing shop when i was at uni many many years ago. They just get in the way, even when they are well placed and well done it is something sticking out of your skin and you will forget about it at some point and rub it across something or get it caught on clothing or your partners hair wraps around it in you sleep. or a loose thread from your boxers gets caught and the next thing you know you are bleeding from the dick......again.

i dunno how my mate would do it, but if i end up with kids and they ask me about my tattoos ill tell them i got them done in jail after i killed my first kid cause they asked too many questions.
im thinking of writing a guide to parenting book. should do rather well

Any Don Ed Hardy tattoos could be considered cliched. Panthers, skulls, daggers, sharks, eagles, tigers, nurses etc... but probably the style of ink I'm feelin' most right now. Classic stuff and timeless.

that brings back a memory. night out on the blotter with a couple of friends. one guy (with a piercing over the eye) starts talking very animatedly, waving his hands everywhere. sure enough, his long hair gets caught in the piercing and rips it out.
the blood made him freak out for about an hour, let alone the embarrassment. I think the tale still gets brought up now, 13 odd years later.

Getting a quote from War and Peace done soon. Had it translated back into Russian. Saving for it now (and mentally bracing for the pain. Outlines. Farq).
I wanted to be a hero. I wanted to be the center of attention. I wanted the glory, I wanted the fame. I wanted the pretty girls to come up and say, "Hi, I see that you're good at Centipede."
