Just ordered these of ebay:
Draven slip ons for my emo-side.
Fallen skate shoes for street cred.
The Fallen shoes will fit me, but not sure if they'll agree with my feet. I have a high instep (I think) and some shoes make my back and legs really tired and fucking sore after a while.
Fashion first though...

Gnat, I think Mellogs has a cous in the US, maybe she can take the delivery for you and ship em to oz.
In Sydney, the hotel we stayed at was next door to a Hype kicks shoppe. My drool is probably still staining the windows
Everyday they'd put out new sexiness for me to dribble over. Wish I'd taken pics now

Any athletes or dudes into fitness in here - there's an Asics shop in Gilbert Rd Northcote, that sells running shoes for like 40% under anyone else.
Just found out about them, and got myself a mean pair of cross-trainers - very cheap.
The people who run it are very friendly - but insane.
And they only deal in cash - hence them being so cheap.
Well worth checkin out.

Made Of Japan
This shoe pays homage to Onitsuka Tiger’s authenticity as a Japanese brand. From humble beginnings in Kobe to shoes worn by Japan’s finest Olympians, being Japanese is in it’s DNA. The first execution is being created in collaboration with Gary Baseman, the renowned illustrator and toy maker, who is heavily influenced by Japanese culture and the long Japanese tradition of toy making.
It has been reported that interest from the international art world has already triggered a bidding war amongst Baseman fans, even though the shoe was only released in December 2006. Constructed over a period of three weeks and composed of hundreds of authentic Japanese collectables, the shoe is an icon for the Onitsuka Tiger brand, as it is literally and figuratively “Made of Japanâ€.
This striking art piece will be displayed in Onitsuka Tiger flagship stores and exhibitions. Its iconic image has been translated into print ads, posters, point of sale, window stickers and staff T-shirts, of course “Made of Japanâ€.
