There are a few $15 presales left at the club. Industry card holders are $15, guestlist is $20 and general is $25... Let me know if you are coming though and Im sure I can hook something up..

man i love the forum.

caught the last copule tracks of zeph and azeem, should have come on friday MJ, they were coool!

and scribe was boring, actually.
neither lyricism or beats were interestin enough to keep me into it...i was suprised, there has been lots of hype about him and he has been supporting lots of acts, but it was not at the level i expected at all.

BUT >>>>

TALIB = :smt054 :notworthy:
my god that man is a lyrical master. so damn fluid. he didnt stop for the whole hour and barely broke a sweat.
great tunes, wicked production, the audience interaction was great...

he IS amazin.

th crowd too, were all rowdy and annoying during scribe,
then became one heaving mass of singing alone hands in the air for the duration of talib's set.

there was much respect in the room.

dope.

Have to say, i was nearly in tears last night. The sound was absolute bullshit. Couldn't hear talib rhyming... The sound desk was redllined. Totally pissed i paid that to see him. Talib is my all time fav mc and i couldn't even enjoy

end of rant

mmm that sucks...

well i was front right, about three peeps from the barrier, and it was okaaaay.
the bass still ruptured my heart i think, but im a sucker for that anyways..

i have definately lost some of my hearing due to so many years doing gigs,
so maybe that makes for better ear plugs than fingers!

shit.

One of them was Lady 6. 10 times better than Scribe in my opinion. She does vocals on a few shapeshifter tracks

Lady 6 has a lp out... Love her voice. She came out a few years ago and supported fat freddies drop @ corner hotel. Total angle voice
