trying to remember the name of a big oldish dnb tune that has a vocal sample saying 'angel i need you ... i need you'

It has "I need you, I want you" pitched up doesn't it? My copy is in NZ so can't look.

Hey all, didn't want to start a new thread, but would appreciate a Track ID on this awesome latin flavoured gem.

I think it's the first track that comes in, vocals start about 1:05, and I think it's the same track which has flanging keys at 1:23.
