Hi Luke!

Ugg boots are the best.

I got Peter Alexander ones last year.. and it the time i thought it was crazy paying $70 for them... but they were well worth it. you get what you pay for. I thrash these and they look good as new.

Highly recommend.

So happy our new place as not as cold as i thought even with 18 foot ceilings!

good slippers / uggs are the best. necessity for winter in my mind.

we don't wear shoes inside either - they come off at the door, so you need something to keep the feet warm!

ooh - missed this. thanks liz! freaking a little but think it's a good thing for me to let go a little anyway. have enough office experience to easily get temp work if it come to it (hopefully it won't :P ), and still doing a fair bit of consulting with my own business to keep some income coming in... ;)

Have bad lactic acid buildup in calves from up-hill run two days ago. Spin class should fix. Walking like crack-whore troglodite in heels atm.

Yays to weather. Love it.

Also, yays to friends, my guy, impending furniture, overtime bonus, aces job, my new Claude Maus jedi-stylez woolen wrap, unexpected gifts, being happy with the here and the now.

Last time I had it this bad I had the team physio massage that crap outta my muscles (had a half-pipe competition the next day). Never heard of this ice water/hot water thing, but don't have personal physio any more! Will try. Can barely walk.

The flier gives you the feel.

I propose a TTAN dinner that night at lounge, or drinks after work from about 6pm.

Been too long since we all sat down for a meal.

RE: Flier on previous page for lounge exhibition.

The art is mostly acrylic on canvas, but none of them are plain, some are painted on print on cavas, some mounted on found or recycled objects. Real diversity.
Also a piece should be there as a collaboration with graff artist "Ethics".

The pieces all create a sense of doubt, but with a real hint of femininity. They are stunning really, blows me away how talented this girl is.

I had glandular fever for a year, and it was the worst year of my life.

I don't reckon I was fully over it for about 4 years.

Sorry to hear your news Eric

Glandular put me in hospital for a month, and bed bound for 6 months. I lost 6 months from school and half my body weight. The most intense illness i have ever been through.

Is it strange that you have it so late in life? Mine came back a few times, but never as bad as the first.

You're a fit, healthy, postitive guy, you'll be ok 8)

plus, you got the best wifey in the world

its such a strange little bug isn't it!

I knew a guy who had it and was really sick for 2 weeks, then completley over it.

at the opposite end of the spectrum I know a girl who had it and it put her in a coma and nearly killed her.

it can be quite mild or extremley heavy, so weird.
