Well....we all do it....im strugglin and seeings as its drinkin / drugs season, post ur best cure...
Grog -
- Greasey food...obvisouly
- Vegimite Toast
- loads of water before bed
all nighter -
- Food
- Hot spa
- weed....my saviour.
- beer

if i want to avoid a hangover: go to japan. never one got hungover in 30 straight beer/shochu drinking days.
otherwise, if you ahve to go to the office or something, have a berocca b4 bed. set your alarm for 5am or two hours before you get up. drink as much water as you can fit in your guts and hit the hay.
90% of the time, it works... every time.

Hangover - one of those big fuck off gatorade bottles before bed, and/or berroca. And Vegimite in any form in the morning. And then a bevy at lunch to knock the tail end off it.
Comedown - I never had one, but I recon a day at the beach with mates would do the trick. And apparently Vitamin C is suposed to be good?

StoveQueen Jagermeister... yes... anyone who hasn't tried it your life is incomplete.
almax AGB... also yes... nothing like getting a few pounds of beer soaked pizza from the night before out of your system to lighten a hangover.
Personally I'm generally handling both a comedown and hangover at the same time so my suggestions include:
1 - a nice big cleanse (shower, exfoliation, hair wash, moisturise, deodorise, new clothes - especially underwear!, BRUSH TEETH)
2 - a rug in the sunshine
3 - an umbrella and cricket
4 - food as forementioned, my favourites are:
avocado and butter on bread - suprisingly easy to eat on those mornings of swollen throats and overly acidicated stomachs.
cucumber - it easies the queasys.
fruit - berries and bananas especially.
soy milk - it's just nice and not as thick as milk
5 - hair of the dog (Jagermeister, Spirits and juice or if you've cashed all out the night before then beer beer beer and more f'ing beer) until you pass out (NB - remember to slip slop slap if passing out in sunshine)
That bullshit all said and done yes that is probably the RIGHT thing to do on Sunday or Monday... or Tuesday... or whenever you stop but the BEST thing I have ever done to recover was go ride the Gravatron and the Whizzer, I swear the all the throwing about and graviational pulls yanked all the ill feeling right out of my body (and perhaps half my sanity).

Is it a pinger related illness or a alcohol hangerover?
Chances are bed and painkillers are the best choice, a sugary drink some nice salty chips (not too many) and a girl to stroke your forehead would be ideal.
Unfortunately my ladys away for a fews days so I have to sit here alone and bear it
