Vanilla Ice only played for about 30 minutes and was obviously stoked just to be out on the stage.

It was fun... but I wouldn't go to a Vanilla Ice concert or anything.

I walked the 1000 Stair Climb today at Mt Dandenong. I'm very impressed with myself

Walked down the trail though, didn't wanna handle the stairs again but that was pretty tough going too.

I'm also very sore and will be more so tomoz I suspect. The groin, THE GROIN!!!

have had about 5 pipes since New Years Day

I'm catching up, but ooooh so slowly. Scrambled eggs and 2 slices of toast every morning is helping, and I'm walking every day (that the weather allows). Also trying to lift weights to get some arm muskles. I envy you! Five extra kilo's would be awesome
