The Laundry Bar is proud to present the return to Laundry of 2 of Drum n Bass's finest producers, the legends that are Phace and Bulletproof. Forming a bond and becoming partners in crime in the studio has now lead to a take over of Australasian dance floors on their Neo:cyde tour.
Over the past 7 years Germany’s Drum & Bass Producers Phace themselves have proven their prominent role in the scene not just with a plethora of quality releases on the scenes biggest labels but also with being known for their impulsive and precise DJ performances.
With their successfull debut Album "Psycho“ released in 2007 on Teebee‘s Subtitles Music Imprint they have received international acclaim and have now joined forces with fellow countryman Misanthrop and finally launched their own and long awaited Label NEOSIGNAL at the end of 2008. With four successful single releases in the Neosignal catalogue they currently are busy on setting up their second Album. Phace are ready to launch Phase II and they do not even consider to rest and continue their own way to spread cutting edge electronic music with its distinctive Phace groove and charachter.
New Zealand’s BULLETPROOF had a massive 2008 releasing his second full-length album “Dark Times – Desperate measures” featuring collaborations with Mindscape, Gridlok, Teknik, Phace, Psidream, Dose and Tiki Taane. But not stopping there he has a hectic worldwide DJ schedule, and has spent countless hours in the studio working on more tracks for some of the scenes leading labels. Also in 2008 he formed a new production outfit “Sidechain” with buddy's Teknik and Cern designed to push the musical envelope of neuro-esque drum and bass.
His uncompromising love for the sound of DJ orientated, dance floor drum and bass tunes, and true passion and understanding for the sound of rolling funked-out drum and bass has seen Bulletproof maintain his place amongst the leaders of the sound. Bulletproof has been hard at work forging his new take on the sound and exploring the endless possibilities his music creates. A new vibe, a new sound and a new outlook musically has lead Bulletproof to drop some of his finest works to date.
