nice work....
I caught up with TF & Sims before the big trip up to Lake Hume (it's raining there today)....
Then went on to Glenn's to see a quite wasted bRb, SQ, and BLIM....hung out with them until it was the wee hours...
The it was bloody Tristans birthday yesterday and i had to go and have drinks again....
work still sucks though...

Nice! Heard any inside word on the album hardy?? the last album i listened to y'know the one with Perfect Drug on it (Into the Void?? which only had four tracks so i guess it doesnt qualify as an album.. whatever...) anyways i found it to be pretty sterile and uninspired and left me aching for the Pretty Hate Machine days. Im still up for the show though and it wasnt a total peice of crap it just isnt the fucking masterpeice The Downward Spiral is. Exceptionally tough act to follow though

I think I should mention that a chick I met recently who works at chadstone last week informed me that the factory x group of retailers including dangerfield and alannah hill will be donating 50% of their profits tomos to tsunami victims relief agencies. they are hoping for other stores in the centre to join them.
if anyone is interested.. tomos is late night shopping nite at chaddy

Our work has donated half a million to the tsunami fund.
Someone from our work died in the tsunami...her hubby and two kids are still 'missing'

They have just upped the commitment to $3 mill US and we have all been sent a salary sacrifice form for personal donations as well... n top of the $3 mill, our work will match employee contribitions also.

George Patts hey,
I'd rather be in IT than a buyer or seller....
I work in publishing (moved from News LTD to Fairfax recently) but am closely working with agencies now, not that it's getting me anywhere at the moment, I thought all agencies were still on hols...
you must be the exception to the rule....

sorry eskay, I did see that in the "beat-aid" thread but I work for their tiny custom publishing division and not for the paper, so I don't have any contacts at the Age.
But seeing both Fairfax and News are offering free advertising space to the major charities I'm not sure if they would support anyone that's not a registered charity....
don't mean to be a downer but trying to get anything free from both companies is extremely difficult....
