I'm no lawyer, but i'd say it's actually legal. You can't copyright a live performance.

Having said that, he's an A-Grade fuckhead. I've seen worse though. There was some dude on their not long ago selling CD recordings (unmixed) of all his vynil. Dirty fuck.

It's not really that dumb, they're preying on dumb people who don't know how to get this sort of stuff for themselves. They are however cunts for doing so and yes they should be killed.
