Summer is here at Exegene. Release number 18 comes from an Estonian duo called MF who already have an album out on the
Russian, Prosvet Recordings.
The A side, Last Prediction kicks off the release with a heavy uplifting sound. The warm pads create the initial vibe, which
then shortly explodes into a full on assault of deep bass and rolling drums. Smooth vocals slide in and out of the mix
adding a laid back section to the song, before the drums and bass let rip once again. Definitely one for the dancefloor.
The flip, Sunrise switches the vibe into a laid back dub stance. The drums roll along with a mighty sub bass looming
underneath. Delayed synthlines flow between reverbed trumpets add to the drums to create the whole dub sound.
