Beats Working's Back!!! Grand Final Night @ Laundry

Post by Scotrod »

Image
Ok, we've kept it quiet long enough and it's starting to drive me crazy. Tahl or Hans will be putting the proper artwork etc up here soon but I just want to let everyone know Beats Working is back at the place where our crew of loyal partons have the fondest, and foggiest memories.....THE LAUNDRY!!!!
You see, after the Mercat was coughing up a few hair balls and looked like she may be taken to "the farm", we decided to search for a new venue. We asked everyone that comes to our parties where we should have it and they all said the same thing "take it back to the Laundry".
Now, normally the Beats Working Crew have a rule - You don't go back to a random you shagged, and you don't go back to a club
you've played a residency at...ha!
But the thing is, we aren't going back to the OLD Laundry, with the OLD party.
This place has had a serious revamp. We've been waiting for everything to be complete which is why we've stayed low for a while and The Laundry is now installng a new FUNKTION 1 SOUND SYSTEM!!!!!
I'm so excited about this it's not funny. Dj's are gonna smash your pot glass with this thing.
Not only that, but we've also revamped our line up.
We wanted to take the music into the next phase and that's why we've brought on board DJ Tahl. If you've ever been to Bamboozled or the old Relax parties, you know exactly what this guys all about.
The DJ line up will now be Hans DC, Feigan, Tahl and myself, and the emphasis is on the newest, freshest, electronic music we can find, with an obvious slant towards breakbest and electro.
So, with a new line up, on a new sound system, at the old venue everyone loved, Beats Working is back bigger than ever!!! :)
Oh, and it's on Grand Final night, so ease up on the afternoon beers or you may not make it up the stairs...;)

Cheers,
Scotrod.

We're no longer along for the ride...physically. But in spirit we wish the boys nothing but the best of luck with it.

Ah Rob mate. Anyone who's brought a post wedding bridal party to BW has to be there!!! ;)
It's definately an anniversary of sorts, I think it'll be a year exactly since Feigan played his first BW too.

It's oon par with the street fighter I reckon - but it's my favorite movie of all time, so I think that it pulls precedent.

Got another one to upload too
