TRENTEMØLLER LIVE MARCH 24TH - SUNNY&LASERGUN***
TRENTEMØLLER LIVE MARCH 24TH - SUNNY&LASERGUN***
Lasergun and Sunny present:
For the First time in Australia..
Trentemøller LIVE feat. DJ T.O.M (Denmark)!!
The freaks at Lasergun and Sunny are proud to present one of the most talented and sought-after artists of the last year, Denmark’s Trentemøller LIVE!!
Anders Trentemøller is easily the most hyped electronic artist of 2005, with every track and remix earning him more credibility, more exposure and a bigger legion of fans worldwide. His “Polar Shift” and “Sunstroke” releases on the German Pokerflat imprint have become instant underground classics, while remixes for Yoshimoto (Do What U Do), and Royksopp’s “What Else Is There” have propelled this exciting young artist into the mainstream spotlight, uniting house, techno, progressive and electro dancefloors like never before. His tight-as-fuck skills on keys, combined with T.O.M.’s superb DJ programming in their live collaborations, have consolidated Trentemøller’s place in dance music history.
His succession of hits was so fast and so convincing that, typically, those who like to buck dance music’s trends tried to write his signature style off as a mere fad. Trentemøller’s response was simply to pump out even bigger basslines and more convincing rhythms that have destroyed the boundaries between underground floor-burner and crossover smash. Soon your mum will be lining up at JB Hifi for the next Trentemøller single and won’t let you burn a copy!!
Along with his good friend and longtime collaborator, DJ T.O.M, Trentemøller is set to set Aussie dancefloors alight in an epic LIVE performance that will make a bigger impact upon Australian-Danish relations than the marriage of Mary Donaldson to Crown Prince Frederik!!
And, in their first ever collaboration Lasergun and Sunny will transform RMH (the old Paladin) into a massive party space, complete with two stages, A glass roof, a ridiculously BIG Nexo sound system(brought in especially for the night),beer garden, and an excessive commitment to visuals and décor, to ensure that Trentemøller has all the tools to give the Melbourne crowd the royal treatment in LIVE electronic music.

I think that fits just about perfect into the ole mrj schedule. Of course I'll need to have further discussions with my personal assistant.
