not a bad game but the pies ran out of legs in the last quarter and were beaten by 6 goals.
lots of positives - I even shouted 'we're going to the finals' at a few points early in the 2nd quarter. Dale Thomas played like a champion - at least we have one good played for the future.

Didn't pick the blues - and I follow them!
Damnit!
I also picked StKilda - how dumb can I be?

^ it means you've gotta tip what you think will be the winning margin in the one game it applies to...
ie... West Coast will win by 'x' points
This adds up as the year goes on, to determine a winning/losing percentage to seperate those tied on game points.
Make sense?

Yo, I just joined this (started in another comp last week) and I'm bottom of the ladder. What gives?
Ah, 999th position. The most coveted of them all...

Don't worry AJ - you're only just behind, it was an ordinary round for tipsters.

for the record... every tipping competition i've ever been in has been won by the person with the LEAST knowledge about footy.
picking by colour or by shopping suburbs can sometimes be just as effective as trying to work out percentages and who should beat who. AFL's a crazy game and upsets happen a fair bit.
carn hawkers!!!!!!!!!
oi mark... we got a date when Richmond play the Hawks dude?

By that time, the only game Mathew Richardson will be allowed to show his face in will be Friday Night Games.

Unfortunately I have no comeback whatsoever.... I'm sick of defending him. From his first shot at goal last Friday (which he sprayed outof bounds on the full) - I knew we were gonna lose that game.

hehehe can't believe i am third. I actually was so busy last week i thought i was tipping the NRL when i did my footy tips
Hmmm now then should i go more strategic and read the paper etc on how teams are doing or just click away without even looking like i did last week and see what happens?
