I kinda like watching it on TV.

I have no money to gamble with unfortunately. :(

Is that site free?

yeah, you can play for play money or real money.

i just switched because i was sick of sitting at a no-stakes table watching people go all-in five times in a row.

i played it a while ago, we just all put in like 15 bucks and have shitloads of 5-10-20 cent coin. You either pay 15 bucks for an entertaining evening, or you walk away with like 80 bucks or something. Great fun.

Yeah Thayer usually has a game going once a week.
I've made it to most games.
He, like Valuetime and 10.15 have their own little silver suitcases full of playing chips. Makes all the difference.
We usually pay $10 to play, four or less players - winner takes all.
More players and second place also get there money back.
I won a few early games.. but thayers been king lately.
That damn "skills" hat he always wears!

Nothing better than Hold'em. Going in a tournament soon.

No-one in this god-forsaken country seems to get it :(

Its all in the flambouant wrist flick, the catchy short saying and the occasional "Papa needs a new set of decks" embellishment.

I've just recently got into poker as well.

I'm thinking of playing locally in my area via www.australianpokerleague.com.au

just to build up some skill.

couple months ago I bought a couple Bicycle "Ghost" series playing cards, they are uber smooth. UV Coating...none of that plastic coated card playin shit.

I feel like a high roller :D ... leet.

P.S. Jesus Wins ;)
