I've already got Fickuss playing MJ Cole's Be Sincere so I guess I wanna ask you to play Marcus Intalex's How You Make Me Feel.

Sadly, I won't be able to make it (see Gripe Page) :( but you know I'll be there in spirit

i was there til about 12 ... good work fikuss (hold the c ... jokes) ... and it was great to see a few souls i haven't seen on the lounge decks (or loitering around them) for a while!

Nice set Fickuss and System ... onelc rolled out a few nice jazzy numbers and continued his tradition of having the best tea cosies in drum&bass. missed trooper and motive but chewed doggs ear off in an attempt to get some tunes.

cool night - free asahi. Some great FMF tales and lounge hospitality.

yo details are sketchy mixi. i'm nursing the biggest hangover since methylated spirits was invented and don't have a mini disc player to test the discs on... we definately recorded 2 discs worth of tunes... some of Steve's set and some of dan/jason's (which was a freaking balltearer from go to whoah)...

rispekt to all those that came down... it looks like trooper may have the bug back... and i haven't hit the floor in such a hard way since fuck knows when.

huge ups to dan, jase, sasha and steve for reminding us what its all about.

in order to move forward we must sometimes look back - big tings gwarn on the horizon folks.

Oh so true.

Had another fun night. Got a bit bored of the 'virusy' sound before I left. Would have liked to hear a bit more jazzy. Brown paper, Adam F???

Dude - it is your duty to put that mix online!

I'm even more sorry than before that I didn't make it down to this one. I just watched Midnight in Melbourne again today and it all came flooding back...

Good to see that dnb in melbourne has never lost face since the heyday era of when that doco was filmed to. It ends with the observation that if Melbourne dnb is to stay strong, we must establish our own identity, with our own producers to boot. I believe Melbourne's scene is more internationally recognised than ever before with quite a few producers that have or are about to hit the big time. I just wanna say keep up the good work to absolutely everyone involved. We're on the cusp of something grand 8)
