MB Study Buddy

Ok my melbourne beater wordsmiths! I have a word on the tip of my tounge and it just isn't being cooperative. I need to put a word in the following sentence....

"The REB has stood over the city of Melbourne for 125 years and is a < > of history"

I am trying to say that it somehow holds history in it :?

I am so sick to death of words. HELP!

hmmm... just out of curiosity, when using the slang gedda, wouldn't that incorporate the word a, i.e gedda = get a. If so, why would you write gedda a???
