BREAK
A talented musician with a wide range of influences, Break looks to push the barriers in whatever he’s doing. Crisp breaks, heavy bass and strong melody are stable marks of his productions, which is why his records are at the front of every DJ’s box. Break hooked up with the DNAudio crew back in 2001, working closely with Silent Witness he has developed a fresh & devastating new sound that has truly set a whole new standard for drum n bass allover the world. As one of the most prolific producers in the scene, long hours in the studio have lead to outings on Commercial Suicide, Quarantine, Critical, Subtitles, Metalheadz, Shadow Law and of course DNAudio; all building on Break’s reputation as drum & bass’ hottest property. Now working closely with Fierce and with singer Kyo, Break’s output shows no sign of slowing despite a busy DJ schedule that has taken him around Europe and the USA, and now the one we’ve been waiting for…. his much anticipated tour of OZ is set to erupt!
FIERCE
After working in the studios of the legendary No-U-Turn alongside drum and bass luminaries Nico, Ed Rush and Optical, he went on to be signed to Grooverider’s Prototype Label at the tender age of 17 years old. Since then, he has produced tunes on top labels to the tune of Moving Shadow, Bad Company Recordings, Renegade Hardware and Virus. 2001 saw Fierce move into the next strata with the launch of his own label Quarantine, the first release being the almighty “Innocence†Quarantine is described by many as the label that
“is bringing the dark funk back to the dancefloorâ€. As a DJ, Fierce is second to none, bringing unbridled energy and explosive turntable firepower to the dance floor front. With a hectic tour schedule, DJ Fierce has found time to return to down under for another highly anticipated tour to follow up the promotion of his Quarantine album “Dominion†out now!
