I have or had quit for 7 months and just this week started to have the cheeky one here annd there. Fuck, I want to start again but ive been doing soooo well. I guess I will have to start the day count again...................

a mate of mine is importing these. you can get ones that look like cigs and have a little orange light in the end when you take a drag. but you can get these ones that are all black with no light. the smoke doesn't smell and disappears in seconds. take a few drags and put it in your pocket. he doesnt smoke normal cigs now lol.

Hmmm... it looks interesting. I must have the oral fixation thing as I find the hardest part of quitting is missing the hand to mouth action. But the Nicorette inhalor doesn't really help because apparently I like blowing smoke too.
I have at various times speculated whether placing a stick of incense in the end of the inhalor would simulate this experience for me.
