PHP coder recomendations wanted

I fckn hate coding, actualy I can't code PHP and I can't be arsed learnigng coz I just dont have enough time with working full time I just CBF once I get home after dealing with n00bs all day.

SO... Does anyone here code PHP and is good with DB's (PHP/MySQL) or know of any good coder that they could reccomend? I'm having real trouble finding anyone who will take my cash and do what I want which is code an events/calendar system (I haven't found one, free or otherwise, that is good enough ergo I want one custom coded) made for my Kulture web site. I have 2 ideas and have 2 briefs, 1 for each idea. I know exactly what I want and will spend $$$ if I have to. I am not going to give up untill I get it, I want my Kulture web site to be perfect.
