YENKS: I owe you a beer. Wandered round with yours for time but couldn't find you.
Sorry about the vanishing act.
I headed home to hang wit Mr Sickboy. Thanks for keeping me safe from that nutter on the dance floor...The expression on your face was priceless when he was all "I'll fight you off" karate-dance-stylez.
Massive Ups to Stray, who Pwnd it standard-styles it despite sound problems bookending his set. On the same 'note' (huhuhu), Maaaaad way to end end to a set after the sound cut out!!
Also, shout outs to LmB, BrB, Yenks, SoulWhiteMan, JBS and 10.15.
Great night out despite nursing the tail end of a cold. Thanks 'yall.
I wanted to be a hero. I wanted to be the center of attention. I wanted the glory, I wanted the fame. I wanted the pretty girls to come up and say, "Hi, I see that you're good at Centipede."
lol yeah tech problems were a joyC.I.A. wrote:jbs wrote:CIA: Where did you go?

Wicked party.
Had lots of fun in the packed side room playing to a up for it crowd. twas niice.
Feel for ya stray with those technical problems. Man worst nightmare, when ur lappies sound card doesnt work with 2 mins left to go on the track. Lucky i was there to fade the cd tracks up and down while we tried to fix the problem. lols, happy bday by the way.
Wasn't my soundcard. SWM reckons the cdj was causing a feeback loop.yenks wrote:Stray wrote:lol yeah tech problems were a joyC.I.A. wrote:

When we changed channels on the mixer it was fine.
I thought it was my soundcard. Tested it when I got home and was fine.

LOL, I've actually had a coversation with that dude of that exact nature!DBoy wrote:is it just me or is there a MRJ look alike in those pics?
Standing at the bar at Brown Alley, hes standing next to me
Me - "Hey man, you look like me
Him - "What"
Me - "You look like me"
Him - "Oh"
Me - "You're shorter than me though. You could be mini me".
Him - "Ripper".
I think I actually insulted him a fair bit. I don't think he liked the concept of looking like me. At least I know I wasn't that far off if other people are making the same connection.
Maybe I should have said I look like him. Geeez its always about me innit?
Maybe I should hire him as my stunt double. Then I could have a cunning array of stunts.
He's climbing in your windows, he's snatching your people up.
