Even I find this hard to believe but last night when I came home, the sunflower growing opposite that big ass one from last week was at my shoulders. This morning, it's above my head.

funny stuff.

my lady walked into optus shop northlands cause her brand new 6500 has never worked outta the box - pimply faced 18 year old has nil customer service skills. Cant even get a hello how are you out.

Wont replace phone even tho its brand new, so you have to wait two weeks for optus to tell us what we already know - phones fucked.

Rang customer support on sunday, could not get through for twenty minutes, finally get through to be told oh no you cant lodge a complaint here you have rung the wrong number and no we cant put you through to the correct number you have to hang up and redial after waiting twenty minutes.

pricks of the highest order.
